1.1. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay a non-refundable membership fee for your chosen plan, which
gives you access to the Hub during your subscription period.
1.2. The subscription fee is payable in advance, and failure to make timely payments may result in service disruption
or termination.
1.3. Corebicle reserves the right to modify the subscription fee with or without prior notice.
2.1. You acknowledge and agree that the membership fee is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be used
to provide access to the Hub for any person other than the subscriber.
2.2. Corebicle reserves the right to verify the identity of the subscriber and may request additional information or
documentation to confirm the subscriber's identity.
2.3. Any attempt to transfer, share, or assign the subscription fee to another person or use it to provide access to
our services for anyone other than the subscriber may result in the immediate termination of the subscription
3.1. You are granted access to the Hub during your subscription period only, and subject to compliance with these
T&Cs.
3.2. You agree to use our services responsibly and solely for lawful purposes. Any illegal or unauthorized activities,
including but not limited to hacking, spamming, copyright infringement, or distribution of malicious software, are
strictly prohibited.
3.3. Maintaining order and tranquility is crucial for a positive workspace experience. You are required to refrain from
engaging in disruptive activities, such as excessive noise, harassment of others, sexually inappropriate behavior, or
any other actions that may affect the comfort and safety of other members.
3.4. You are required to adhere to designated areas within the Hub. Access to restricted areas is strictly prohibited,
and any attempt to enter such areas may result in immediate suspension of access.
3.5. You are strictly prohibited from moving or rearranging seats, tables, or any other furniture within the Hub. This
ensures a consistent and organized layout for the comfort and convenience of all users.
3.6. Corebicle reserves the right to monitor network traffic and usage patterns to ensure fair usage and compliance
with these T&Cs.
3.7. Corebicle may permanently suspend your membership if you violate these T&Cs or if you engage in any
abusive, disruptive, or unethical behavior within the Hub.
4.1. Corebicle strives to provide uninterrupted and reliable services but cannot guarantee that its services will be
available and error-free at all times, and will not be liable for any damages caused by any such outages or
disruptions that are beyond our control.
4.2. Corebicle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use
or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or personal injury.
4. 3. You are responsible for keeping your gadgets and devices safe. Corebicle will not be liable for any loss or
damage that may occur to your gadgets or devices while using our services.
4.4. You agree to indemnify and hold Corebicle and its affiliates, employees, and contractors harmless from any
claims, losses, or damages resulting from violating these T&Cs or any unauthorized conduct by you.
5.1. You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing a prior written notice to Corebicle. No refunds or
credits will be provided for the remaining days of your subscription upon termination.
5.2. Corebicle reserves the right to permanently suspend your subscription if you breach these T&Cs or engage in
any activities that pose a threat to the security or integrity of our services.
5.3. Upon the expiration of your subscription, your access to Corebicle will immediately be terminated until you
renew your subscription. Corebicle may or may not provide you with a prior notice before the expiry date of your
subscription.
5.4. No refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining days of your subscription upon termination or expiry.
6.1. These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and Corebicle, superseding any prior agreements or
understandings.
6.2. Corebicle reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time, and such changes will be effective upon
notifying you directly.
6.3. If any provision of these T&Cs is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full
force and effect.
6.4. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes
arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
By subscribing for Corebicle membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the
above Terms and Conditions.
